Did you save the resulting SSIS Package that the Export wizard created? If
not, re-runt he wizard and save, BUT DO NOT RUN the package.
Then open the package in BIDS 2008 so you can edit it. On the data flow, add
a derived column transformation to get the column to the proper size and map
it in the Destination connection instead of the original column.

Or, just increase the size of the destination column in your mdb datbase.
